Located deep within the sacred landscapes of Venezuela’s Canaima National Park, Campamento Canaima is a thesis project that redefines the concept of luxury in remote eco-tourism. The design envisions a sustainable retreat that celebrates the region’s raw natural beauty and honors the cultural heritage of the Indigenous Pemon people.

The master plan includes a main lodge with shared social spaces, private suites, a spa, and wellness areas — all designed to integrate seamlessly with the jungle surroundings while preserving the existing ecosystem. Volumetric layering inspired by the region’s iconic tepuis, sound-absorbing natural materials, and curated sensory moments come together to create a serene and grounded guest experience.
